Baby Names...

We are still trying to decide on a name. We will probably end up doing what we did with Halle, and just have a top 2 or 3 and decide for sure once the baby is born.
We decided to name our first daughter Halle Rae, Halle to continue the tradition of "H" names in my family, and Rae after Grandpa Ray, my middle name Rachel and her aunt Rachel.
So for baby #2, we want to have something short and simple, like Halle. We want her middle name to be Layne, after Grandpa Lane. And uncle Clint's middle name is also Lane.
We don't want anything that sounds too made-up, or too common. If it fits in with our names, that is a bonus.
Here are some on our list:

Ella (short and simple like Halle) ***My favorite so far
Ellah (Halle backwards!)
Elle or Ellie (maybe too close to Halle)
Jaida (J like Jason)
Jaylie (Jason + Hartley)
Emme or Emi (maybe too close to my sister Emma)
Henna (continuing H's)
Hanna (continuing H's)
Eva or Evie (yeah we are kinda leaning towards E's...)

UPDATE:
Some of Jason's favorites:
Evelyn
Lacey

So... let us know which ones you like. :) We are open to suggestions for others too.

Baby Bedding :)

Only 5 1/2 weeks until my due date! Time to start getting everything ready, I guess.

I saved EVERYTHING that I used for Halle when she was a baby, but I want the new kid to have some things of her own, so she isn't just "Halle Jr.".
Everyone uses pink & brown for girls and Halle already has TONS of pink stuff... so I wanted to find some purple & brown... Well, I could only find ONE purple & brown crib bedding set online anywhere. But it's really cute!

Then, of course, I thought I should get Halle some new "big girl" bedding so she doesn't feel left out...

So... I'm having fun shopping for new girl stuff. Maybe next time I will get to shop for boy stuff. :)

We still don't have internet access at our house (pathetic, I know)so I still haven't been able to put up new pics from our camera, or family pictures, or ultrasound pictures... But maybe someday...
