Update

We have had a fun and busy few weeks.

Emma's baby shower was on May 15th. It was great to see so many friends & family all at one event. I'm so excited for Emma to have her cute little boy. :)

On May 22 & 23, Rachel & Jason & Wyatt stayed with us for the weekend. Then on the 27th, we got to go to Mesa for Katie's graduation. The last of our brothers and sisters to graduate! Funny that she is the last one of our siblings to graduate and Halle is the first of the grandkids (on both sides) to start school the same year.

On Friday May 28th, Jason took a test for an NFI certification in wood fireplaces. He is already certified for gas fireplaces. We worked it out so that we could be in Mesa for Katie's graduation on Thursday night and Jason could still get paid for Friday. :)

Then for Memorial Day weekend, Jason's parents came up and stayed with us. We also got to see Jason's grandparents and Uncle Drew & Aunt Denise, Chad & Kimber, all in the same weekend! Our friends Rich & Kierra even came by Monday night before heading back to Mesa on Tuesday.

Our neighborhood is packed with people all the time now. It's crazy how much this area changes when the weather is nice.

Last weekend we had a break from craziness and got to just sit around and relax. And do some cleaning.

And THIS weekend, HALLE IS TURNING 5!!! We are having a party for her on Saturday June 12. I can't believe she will be 5 already. In 2 more months, Evve will turn 1!

That's Vin's actual bday, the 12th. I can't believe he's going to be 2. Time flies.

About Us

Our parents were friends ever since we were really young. We both grew up in Mesa, but never really spent any time together until the end of high school. Hartley's family moved to Snowflake her junior year of high school. We started talking online at first, then we decided to meet at the State Fair in October 1999 and we hit it off and kept going to the fair together every year after that. We had a long distance relationship on and off for 2 1/2 years before getting engaged on June 3, 2002. We were married on September 20th, 2002 in the Las Vegas LDS Temple. After living in 3 different houses in Mesa & Gilbert over 6 years, Jason got a great job offer and we moved to Snowflake. We are now living in Snowflake and have a 4 year old daughter and one on the way!
